Position Description Advertised Job Summary Review and record pertinent admissions documents in accordance with designated policies, procedures, and timelines. Accurately key all required admissions data and scan or upload all necessary documents into the University’s Student Information System. Provide timely correspondence with all applicants through written and electronic communication upon initial review and after admission decisions are made. Record and send all post-secondary transcripts received to the University Registrar. Maintain knowledge of admissions procedures, requirements, and timelines for all student types and enrollment terms. Represent the University at recruiting events such as college application days as needed. Assist with special campus events as needed and assist with the USC Union Dual Enrollment programs as necessary. Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience. Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with college setting and familiarity with undergraduate admissions processes. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Knowledge of admissions, data processing, or another administrative or coordinating area desired. Proficient with Microsoft Office and processing documents within a complex database skills..
