We are looking for a dedicated Provider Enrollment Market Liaison like you to be a part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications The Provider Enrollment Market Liaison works with the support and direction of Provider Enrollment leadership to successfully onboard new physicians and practices and existing provider enrollment demographic information. The Market Liaison has a key understanding of business needs to enroll physicians with payers. They work with other key project team members to define onboarding requirements, manage requirements, design the functional solution, identify and escalate onboarding issues, and ensure the solution meets the business need.
In this role you will:
Coordinate enrollment and reenrollment activities within Provider Enrollment department, practices, hospital-based programs and any other department related to new acquisitions and existing providers, using standard implementation and project management tools Plan and conduct initial contact and recurring enrollment status calls with Provider Enrollment and the Practice to ensure seamless implementation and transition May include travel to the Practice to obtain documents and signatures required for the enrollment process and ensuring they are sent to the Provider Enrollment department for processing Act as liaison between assigned markets/practices/providers and Provider Enrollment Coordinate with Provider Enrollment to ensure all applications are generated/completed in a timely manner and enrollment stays on track Ensure timely completion of deliverables in conjunction with the enrollment process are met, including facilitating across departments throughout the life cycle of onboarding Assists with maintaining the enrollment communication tool (ECT) site to include but not limited to submitting provider change request, provider termination requests, and ensuring all enrollment applications required are completed timely and uploaded into the required systems. Assists all program managers with updating the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) and ensures all attestations are kept current Provides excellent customer service to all external and internal customers, which includes acting in a courteous professional manner at all times, answering phone calls, sending applications, and taking care of incoming mail. Travel (up to 40%) by car/plane required Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement” Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum three years’ experience in related area preferred with two of these years being in healthcare, including revenue cycle, practice start-up, and provider enrollment Parallon provides full-service revenue cycle management, or total patient account resolution, for HCA Healthcare.
