Full-Time Join a Team That Makes a Difference Every Day Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Liaison to lead community outreach and admissions efforts for our skilled nursing facility. If you have a heart for helping families, strong referral-building skills, and a talent for connecting people with care, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and other referral sources. Serve as a key point of contact for families and prospective residents during the admissions process. Represent Highlands Health and Rehabilitation in the community and at events. Collaborate with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure a smooth and compassionate intake experience. Track and report referral trends and census data.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or outreach (preferably in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance-based admissions. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
