Case Manager I (Social Worker) NACOLGis seeking a Case Manager for our Medicaid Waiver Dept.

Duties:

ACase Manager assesses needs and determines eligibility ofprospective clients for waiver services through home visits. TheCase Manager develops care plans, coordinates and monitorsservices, maintains case files, records, and billing.

MinimumQualifications:

• Registered Nurse in AL or bachelor’s degree insocial work or related field from an accredited university.
• Professional work experience preferred. Previous work experiencewith Medicaid Waiver program preferred or any combination ofeducation, training and experience that is commensurate with therequirements of the job.
• Drug screen, background checks, MVR.

Starting Salary:

$43,867.20. This is a full-time job with excellentbenefits including paid employee insurance, paid time off, paidholidays, State of Alabama retirement and opportunity foradvancement.
