• LICSW Responsibilities:

  Deliver psychotherapy services to adult outpatients, including individual, group, and family therapy. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs. Maintain compliance with professional ethical standards and confidentiality policies. Psychotherapist

LICSW Qualifications:

Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution (required). Licensed as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) by the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners or eligible for licensure within six months of hire. Previous psychotherapy experience is preferred. Adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Empathy and compassion in addressing patients’ physical and emotional needs.
