POSITION SUMMARY
The Social Worker position is responsible for providing medical case management services in order to provide culturally competent care to patients at Unity Wellness Center.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in Social Work Minimum Experience One-year experience as a BSW working with clients to access services and resources. Required Registration/License/Certification Must have valid license with ASWBE Licensed by the state of AL within 90 days of hire.
