$70,000-$80,000 Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Paid time off 401K Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Help adolescents recover from mental health and substance use challenges at an 18-bed residential treatment center for 14- to 17-year-old boys on a beautiful property in Woodbury, Connecticut. The schedule for this specific clinician job is Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday with the working hours of 9am to 5pm. Additionally, an on-call rotation exists among several clinical team members. More information will be shared in the interview process. Turnbridge is hiring a primary clinician (LCSW, LMFT or LPC) for this program, where your skills and care transform young people’s lives. Primary job duties include:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to each client. Manage a caseload of four to five clients from admission to discharge. Group experience that includes activity planning and high engagement levels. Engage meaningfully with families and referents. Experience with family therapy is a big plus! The Woodbury, CT team includes: psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, wellness coordinators, academic advisors, operations staff, kitchen staff, and more. Education Required Masters or better in Social Work or related field
