Job Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and emotional support to K-12 students Develop personalized intervention plans for students with behavioral and emotional issues Work closely with educators and parents to address academic, social, and emotional barriers Conduct social-emotional assessments and provide crisis intervention Maintain a manageable caseload of up to 60 students Connecticut School Social Worker License (LMSW) Experience in a school-based environment is preferred Ability to work with a variety of student needs Must pass a background check Full-time, W-2 contract position (37.5 hours/week) Monday through Friday Competitive pay and benefits Full school year, with potential for renewal
