Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that all facilities are in good condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness
- Conduct floor care duties including buffing and waxing
- Handle facilities maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other areas
- Assist with custodial duties such as trash removal and recycling
- Perform residential painting tasks as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Skills:
- Experience in industrial cleaning and commercial cleaning practices
- Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures
- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces effectively
- Strong attention to detail in custodial duties
- Experience with residential painting is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage cleaning schedules efficiently
