Full Job Description Position Title:
Test Coordinator 11 months 2+ Years of experience as a Test Coordinator Preferred Licensure/Certification in Teaching is required The Test Coordinator schedules and administers all progress monitoring tools as well as district proficiency and standardized assessments. The Test Coordinator inputs and maintains all data spreadsheets used by the leadership team for analysis. Test Coordinators are professionals who are responsible for preparing and administering proficiency examinations or standardized tests. Test Coordinators are required to create and adapt testing plans according to the legal and technical requirements of each exam. They ensure that all students required to test are tested within the appropriate time frames required for promotion/graduation. The Test Coordinator reports directly to the Heads of School and is a professional member of the leadership team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the testing schedule in coordination with the Instructional Coaches for various assessments (standardized tests, state/district assessments), to include but not limited to: AP Exams EOC Exams SATs ACTs PSATs Concordant Exams
PM 1-3 ACCESS
Arrange for test materials, testing locations, testing plan, and any necessary accommodations for
ESE, ESOL
students. Coordinate accommodations for students with special needs and ensure that they are offered and properly documented. . Maintain the security of test materials and ensure that testing environments are secure and free from distractions. Provide training for teachers and staff on testing procedures and protocols. Communicate with parents, students, and staff about testing dates, procedures, and expectations via our regular communication channels, such as email, parent link, Shark Bites, school website, social media, etc. Maintain and Report Data to relevant stakeholders, including teachers, administrators and the school community Data Analysis/Problem Identification Recommendation to CPS team quarterly All other duties as assigned by the Principal.
