About the Opportunity Girls Inc. of Greater Miami is partnering with Coca-Cola and the FIFA World Cup 2026™ to deliver a one-of-a-kind leadership and career-readiness experience for local high school girls. This hybrid program offers powerful virtual modules, in-person sessions, and exclusive “Unlock” events that bring the excitement of a global tournament into real-world job pathways. We’re looking for a high-energy Program Coordinator to help us bring the magic to life for 50-100 incredible young women. If you’re organized, passionate about teen empowerment, and thrive in a mix of virtual and on-the-ground programming—this could be your dream side gig. Your Superpowers You can rally a crowd of teenagers and keep them coming back. You’re a logistics ninja who can plan immersive events with precision. You’re a mentor at heart—you know how to inspire, follow up, and show up.

What You’ll Be Doing AUG-OCT:
PLANNING PHASE

Co-design monthly in-person workshops (career-focused themes: connection, reflection, and learning). Finalize enrollment and build buzz with enrolled girls. Collaborate weekly with Program Director to align programming with organizational and Coca-Cola goals.

OCT-JAN:
FALL SEMESTER

(Kickstart Online Academy) Lead weekly virtual check-ins and host monthly in-person sessions (evening and/or weekend). Track engagement with online modules and follow up with participants. Begin coordination with Coca-Cola for spring Unlock events.

JAN-JUNE

SPRING

SEMESTER

(Unlock Events!) Plan and execute immersive Unlock experiences (e.g., stadium days, workshops, career immersions). Keep spirits high and communication strong—serve as the go-to adult for participating teens. Continue hosting in-person sessions and support Coca-Cola event logistics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher Prior experience with teens (especially high schoolers) Able to manage groups of 50-100 and keep them engaged Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual learning Available evenings and weekends (as needed) Miami-based or able to travel to monthly in-person events Committed to the full cycle: August 2025 – June 2026

Estimated Time Commitment:

6-10 hours per month Compensation $3,600 stipend paid across the program year Spring event stipend provided (amount TBD, based on event calendar) Bonus Points If You… Are bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) Bring a background in youth organizing, college/career readiness, or global events Love soccer or live for big-time event energy
