Indoor Playground Manager We Rock the Spectrum-North Miami 13302 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami, FL 33181 About us We Rock the Spectrum-North Miami is an inclusion-based indoor playground. We offer enrichment classes, open play and birthday parties. Our gym is unique because all of our play equipment is therapy-grade and serves a developmental purpose.

  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our gym. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team player, and problem-solver who loves working with children and families. This role involves customer service, team supervision, scheduling, event planning, and ensuring the gym is always clean, safe, and welcoming.
  • Duties:
  • Manage Staff Duties & Scheduling
  • Organize and supervise play activities for children
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care
  • Facilitate Arts + Crafts and Educational activities
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness of the space
  • Engage with children during play sessions
  • Assist with Birthday Parties
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive environment for children
  • Skills:
  • The ideal candidate should possess some of the following skills:
  • Managerial Experience
  • Experience working with children
  • Background in special education/neurodivergent children
  • First aid certification is a plus
  • Previous babysitting experience is beneficial
