This role focuses on fostering community relationships, organizing impactful events, enhancing marketing efforts, and maintaining a welcoming and enrollment-ready environment across all centers. Essential Responsibilities Enrollment forecasting Keep an ongoing list of class lists and available spots Assist in creating annual marketing calendar Attend and promote community special events Visit community stakeholders and promote our centers Create marketing materials (presentation folder, rate sheets, CRM templates, flyers) Create monthly blog to send out via CRM and social media to prospective families (chat gpt) Assist in enthusiastically and helpfully responding to follow up calls and inquiries from families and the public Follow up with administrators on new families Work with the director to ensure center is “tour ready” Prepare tour bags for every center Have knowledge of Springview Academy and Kids for Kids Academy discounts Send updated information to administrators about family decision to enroll Have knowledge school schedules, curriculum, and extracurricular activities Assist in upselling uniforms, nap sacks and enrichment classes Orient and onboard new families Conduct 30-day surveys on new families and annual for all families to increase retention. Contact family day prior to start day and welcome them Enrollment forecasting Keep an ongoing list of class lists and available spots Plan and attend school wide events Plan and attend open houses Respond to social media inquiries Skills & Other Abilities Management Skills Leadership Skills Ability To Motivate Others Collaborator Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Customer Service Skills Planning Skills Professionalism Organization Skills Time Management Skills Ability To Influence Others and Move Towards a Common Vision or Goal Ability To Work in A Team and Communicate Effectively Ability To Mul -Task and Adapt to Changes Quickly Family/Child Relations Empathy Patience Diplomacy Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required College degree in marketing or related field is preferred Certifications & Licenses Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance & reliable automobile required Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable) Must be authorized to work in the United States.
