We’re seeking an innovative, organized, and dependable individual to help connect families to vital resources and referrals. If you’re detail-oriented and love working collaboratively to plan and implement program initiatives, we want you on our team. Make a meaningful impact and help families achieve a better quality of life with us! Responsibilities Devote approximately 80% of the workday to direct client service and 20% to administrative tasks, including timely case note entry. Identify and engage clients who reside in the service area (33127, 33142, 33147, 33150). Conduct assessments and make referrals to address identified social, emotional, behavioral, and academic concerns in collaboration with leadership staff. Maintain daily case notes in the database within 24 hours. Collaborate with staff, students, and parents to develop strategies addressing the safety and basic needs of children, youth, and families. Identify and connect students and families to community support services and resources. Serve as a liaison/advocate for students and parents with community resources and referrals. Maintain ongoing collaboration with assigned program staff (Supervisors and Directors) regarding identified concerns and approaches to address them. Adhere to organization and FNSP program policies and protocols. Participate in program events and initiatives to build rapport with children and families. Oversee the food pantry and baby closet by stocking supplies, tracking temperatures, cleaning, and serving families as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields required (MSW/LMSW a plus). Experience working with school-aged youth (K-12) and families. Great attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with multiple individuals/systems. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. Passion for children and families and a strong connection to the community

  • $20.19 Shifts may vary based on availability and business needs. You can work part-time Monday through Friday in one of the following four-hour blocks (9 AM
  • 1 PM, 12 PM
  • 4 PM, or 1 PM
  • 5 PM), or choose 2-3 full days per week with eight-hour shifts (e.g., 10 AM
  • 6 PM, 9 AM
  • 5 PM, or 9:30 AM
  • 5:30 PM).
