The Community Resources Navigator works with families with children with disabilities in need of a wide variety of assistance. The position is responsible for providing information about services for children with disabilities to their caregivers, making referrals to community resources, and conducting intake assessments. The Community Resource Navigator is also responsible for recruiting clients. This position works extensively with community partners to identify clients and to ensure access to needed disability services. The qualified candidate will be a current or former resident of Lake County, Florida.

Qualifications:
