RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide and supervise learners during advisory block (lunch & recess) Plan, implement, and monitor program curriculum/enrichment activities for learners. Promote after school programs via various platforms (ParentSquare, website, email, etc.) Maintain expenditures within the center budget. Administer the program’s collection procedures. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, school staff, and learners.. Maintain a safe and clean environment for learners. Report unsafe campus situations immediately. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Campus Principal and Assistant Principal Requirements:

All employees must be fingerprinted and pass a background screening process by the District School Board of Pasco County, per Florida statute 1012.465 and 1012.56 Must be able to maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor At least 2 years of proven and dependable experience working with children Must have a high level of professionalism Ability to see a project through completion Ability to work with minimal supervision Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work with strong organizational and planning skills Must possess problem solving skills and be detail oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work some nights and weekends Must follow established dress code and other school policies
