$55,00-80,000 plus mileage

Masters ofSocial Work Degree / LCSW

Qualifications:

Be the BestHospice Clinical Social Worker You Can Be If you meet thesequalifications, we want to meet you! Master’s Degree fromaccredited school of Social Work or related field; Validlicense/registration of permit to practice in state(s) of agencyoperation Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance specialty preferred

RequiredCertifications and Licensures:
