Full Time, Bi-weekly Salary The Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator will report to the Senior Program Manager and will be responsible for coordinating all Family Self Sufficiency activities.
Responsibilities:
More specifically, job duties will include, but are not limited to: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with program partners, residents, Section 8 staff, and others associated with Family Self Sufficiency Coordinates the FSS caseload to include re-certifications, interim changes, unit transfers, inspections, and rent reasonableness preparation Manages the FSS process including planning, tracking, scheduling, and reporting Conducts meetings with residents and others to share information, provide training, & resolve issues Creates, maintains, and updates FSS client files in a timely and proper manner Maintains records of assistance, programs, and activities offered and utilized Ensures FSS escrow accounts are maintained to HUD regulations Ensures that data in the PIC system is accurate to ensure SEMAP scoring goals are met Participates in grant writing Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in social services or related field required 5-7 years experience in social services FSS Certification required within six (6) months of hire
