Jun 12, 2025 CPR Inc. is currently recruiting for the country’s largest non profit hospice and home care provider looking to fill a Licensed Hospice Social Worker role in the Sarasota Florida area working a 30 hour work week, Mon-Fri 11a-6p with on call rotation! This role will support patients and families during the end of life process. Must hold one of the following Florida licenses, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT! Would like a minimum 1 year of social work experience in a healthcare setting (new Graduates are welcome)! Hospice social worker is a huge plus…social workers from the department of child and family where they can do home visits transfers well to hospice social work!
