This role involves developing and implementing curriculum, managing classroom behavior, and providing individualized support to students. The Elementary/Middle School Art Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and promoting a love for learning. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards. Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain an orderly classroom environment. Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, cooperation, and enthusiasm for learning.
