JOIN OUR TEAM AS THE DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES!
The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for establishing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures, goals, objectives, and standards that will improve the day-to-day operations. Reviews overall hospital quality performance goals and ensures objectives are met. This includes personnel oversight, providing on-going Quality Improvement monitors, ensuring current standards are met and ensuring that the skills and educational needs of the staff are met. The Director is responsible for the quality of patient care. The Director ensures that safe patient care is provided by qualified, competent, patient care staff to all patients who present to the clinics. Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
Education :
Graduate of an accredited school master’s prepared social work, or related mental health field; preferred.
Experience :
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in advanced clinical/management practice preferred.
License :
Appropriate State of Georgia licensure in mental health, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
Additional Requirements :
A strong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
