Under supervision, learns to provide investigative andprehensive case management for a caseload involving child abuse or neglect.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinates and host Recruitment Activities according to expectations established in regional recruitment plan – to include general, targeted, and child specific recruitment activities. Ensures recruitment activities align with
MEPA-IEP
expectations. Utilizes regional removal trends, demographics of children in care, and other relative data to develop recruitment activities and plans. Recruit prospective caregivers through direct and indirect marketing concepts. Facilitates IMPACT training at least once quarterly, ensuring training is timely and prepared; utilizes approved IMPACT training schedules. Tracks caregivers in the onboarding process to ensure timely approval. Ensure at least 90% of prospective caregivers are approved within four (4) months of reaching Applicant Status. Ensures that requests for ICPC assessments meet safety and quality standards, are submitted per policy time frames and requirements. Conduct required monthly and quarterly contacts per policy, and document contacts in FAD stage in Gia SHINES. Effectively manages assigned caseload and enters narratives in SHINES within 72 hours of contact. Timely Completion of home re-evaluations as outlined in policy. Conducts needs assessment, service provision, and advocacy for caregivers. Ensure all safety and quality standards of the home are met and maintained. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Note:
Applicants must pass the standard agency testing protocol for the position in which they are hired in order to maintain the position.
Although agency employees are authorized to telework temporarily, employees are subject to be called into the office as needed.
