Provide in-home, school-based, andoffice-based counseling services Manage a full-time caseload (25-30face-to-face counseling hours weekly) Collaborate with children,families, schools, and other community members to treatment goalsand build skills Offer effective clinical services through allstages of treatment: Engagement, Empowerment, and Transition, perPTP protocols Comply with all payor and PTP service documentationrequirements using our state of the art, HIPAA-compliant,electronic medical record system (CareLogic) Attend supervision,clinical team meetings, and participate at regular agency trainingsPTP staff succeed when they: Are passionate about serving at-risk,marginalized children and their families Looking for a career,rather than a job, in social services/counseling Value thecollaboration of a team, but can work autonomously and prioritizetheir own tasks Want a flexible, full-time schedule Enjoy bothcommunity-based and office-based work environments Value feedbackand accountability Have mental flexibility and can adapt to changewith ease Possess strong writing skills Value a strength-based,contextual, family systems treatment approach Why work at PTP?
