Schedule:
Full Time, 8 HR Day Shift, POSITION SUMMARY Develops, coordinates, maintains, implements and executes the social services program for Villa residents and, as needed, SGMC Lanier Campus patients. Coordinates discharge planning and assistance in obtaining financial assistance to residents and hospital patients.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field, Master’s Degree preferred One year supervised social work experience in a health care setting working with individuals

Physical Requirements:
Position requires ability to occasionally lift objects heavier than 10 pounds; have hand-eye coordination skills; sit for prolonged periods of time, be able to see small items. Position requires ability to concentrate on fine details of their work. Position requires ability to complete work timely and accurately due to the deadlines and regulatory requirements. Individuals should have good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
