Applicants must have a Louisiana Teaching Certificate which includes certification as Educational Leader and/or Supervisor of Child Welfare Attendance as specified by Bulletin 746, Louisiana State Department of Education . The endorsement must be on your certificate when you submit your application packet. Must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with school stakeholders, state and federal agencies and the general public.
