Youth Coordinator Do you enjoy working with teens, are looking for a part-time job with flexibility in a supportive work environment that promotes and fosters spiritual exploration, personal empowerment and leadership, and social action? Then our Youth Coordinator position is for you! The North Parish Unitarian Universalist congregation of North Andover is currently seeking a Youth Coordinator to work in collaboration with the Director of Faith Formation and team to implement and support youth-based programs for approximately 20-30 teens along with adult volunteers and mentors. Applicants must be welcoming to LGBTQ youth, comfortable with a diversity of spiritual beliefs, and experienced in working with youth. The Youth Coordinator position is 12hours per week for 42 weeks, mid-August through mid-June. Availability on Sundays is required (to meet with middle school youth in morning and high school youth in afternoon or evening). In addition, this position requires typically one Saturday a month for service projects or social events, as well as two evenings per month (often online). Sample calendar is available. Previous experience with youth groups is required. All individuals meeting the stated requirements including bilingual candidates; LGBTQ candidates and non-Christians are encouraged to apply.
