  • Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking an enthusiastic Family Support Worker to join our Family Resource Center (FRC) team.

The FRC is part of a statewide network of community-based programs offering multicultural parenting resources, support groups, and early childhood services. Our goal is to help families strengthen their bonds, connect with others, and engage in their communities. As a Family Support Worker, you will assist families by conducting intake assessments, creating tailored workshops, and developing family support plans to ensure ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct intake assessments using FRC-approved tools and screening measures. Develop culturally sensitive, strengths-based family support plans that reflect individual needs and preferences Create and implement innovative interventions to support individuals and families Lead workshops and groups as assigned, and respond to requests from families and community stakeholders Build and maintain community partnerships and collaborate with administrative staff to address operational issues

Qualifications:

Requires a High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Massachusetts Drivers License Schedule:
