One of the largest single-site infant and toddler education and care programs in the City of Boston, CACC also provides preschool education, and is part of the Boston Public School’s Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program. CACC is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. The program operates from 8-5pm, Monday through Friday, year-round and serves approximately 200 children and families daily. We are currently looking for a qualified, enthusiastic Enrollment Coordinator to join our Family Engagement Team.

Position Summary:

Manages all aspects of the enrollment process for new and returning families. Works collaboratively as part of the Administrative Team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive service delivery and smooth internal and external transitions. Fosters a positive, productive, and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

Associates degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing education or social services to young children and/or families. EEC Director II certification or ability to obtain DII certification a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the enrollment process for new and returning families. Accurately enter and maintain family and child data using the state Child Care Financial Assistance (CCFA) system. Ensure families meet eligibility requirements for financial assistance and maintain up-to-date documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for families regarding enrollment, eligibility, and wait list status. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family engagement staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistent communication. Maintain organized records and assist with audits or state reporting as needed. Support outreach efforts to attract and enroll eligible families in the program. Support classrooms during lunch breaks as needed. Front Desk support as needed.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English required. Prior experience working with the state Child Care Financial Assistance (CCFA) system is strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive family information.

Physical requirements:

At employment must obtain a physical examination including MMR immunizations or proof of immunity. Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs. Must be able to work in a both outdoor and indoor spaces.
