What You’ll Do:

As a Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting families who are homeschooling their children through an online learning program. Your focus will be to provide encouragement, guidance, and resources to help parents successfully educate their students at home.

Support Families:

Offer personalized guidance to parents, helping them navigate online educational tools for homeschooling.

Encourage Success:

Provide motivation and strategies to ensure students and families thrive in their homeschooling journey.

Resolve Challenges:

Address questions, troubleshoot issues, and connect families with appropriate resources to maintain a positive experience.

Foster Confidence:

Empower parents with the necessary tools and knowledge to support their child’s education.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about education and thrive on helping others succeed: Experience in customer service or education support (preferred but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to quickly learn and navigate educational software platforms. A passion for empowering students and families.
