Your Role at Sana Lake Sana Lake is expanding rapidly and is seeking a Family Outreach Coordinator for our New Dawn Family Healing program who is passionate about helping individuals and families recover! The Family Outreach Coordinator provides outreach to individuals in need of family services. This includes individuals with mental health, substance use disorders, and co-occurring treatment services to professionals throughout the Midwest. The coordinator establishes rapport and receives patient referrals from existing Sana Lake Recovery employees. This role will facilitate the Family Support group that takes place before family visit each Saturday We would love to learn more about you if you have: A high school diploma or GED Understanding and knowledge of: Substance Use Disorder, Co-Dependency, Al-anon Sana Lake People First Philosophy Our staff are our number one differentiator!
