JOB SUMMARY
Provide planning and oversight in regards to the overall safety and security of the Ladue School District. Specifically, providing a hands-on approach to the safety and security services in our District, our buildings, our school grounds and areas adjacent to the schools to ensure our students are learning in a safe environment. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Four year college degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred. Experience in a position providing similar safety and security duties required. Training related to cultural sensitivity and diversity is preferred. Preference will be provided to candidates with prior law enforcement experience. Preference will be provided to candidates with advanced training, certificates, and/or licenses relevant to the assigned job duties. Preference provided for prior experience in an educational setting. Other qualifications as deemed appropriate by the Board of Education.
COMPENSATION
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience using the 2025-26 Support Staff Salary Range. This is a 12 month position with full benefits.
