School Age After School Coordinator Kids Kampus Learning Center 1042 Highway 42, Sumrall, MS 39482 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in education, particularly within higher education settings. This role involves working closely with students to enhance their understanding of various subjects, providing personalized support to help them achieve their academic goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized tutoring plans tailored to each student’s needs. Provide instruction in specific subject areas, ensuring clarity and comprehension. Assess students’ progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff regarding student performance and progress. Assist students in developing effective study habits and academic skills. Stay updated on educational best practices and curriculum changes. Qualifications A degree from a recognized university, preferably in Education or a related field. Experience in education administration or higher education teaching is highly desirable. Proven ability to educate and engage students of varying skill levels. Experience working with students in an academic setting, demonstrating patience and adaptability. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
