Social Work Supervisor III PP Qualifications include but are not limited to: 3+ years of supervisory experience in social work programs or services. Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field. Eligibility for North Carolina Social Work licensure (LCSW or LCSWA preferred). Demonstrated ability to lead and evaluate social work services and teams. Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Social Work Supervisor III PP Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervising and mentoring a team of social workers, providing guidance and support.
