Social Worker Vibrant Coaching and Consulting, Inc Concord, NC 28027 Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of mental health and social services, with a focus on providing support to individuals and families in need. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients from diverse backgrounds. The Social Worker will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and facilitating access to resources that promote well-being. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans. Provide counseling services in areas such as mental health, addiction, child family counseling, and geriatrics. Facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups. Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to coordinate care. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ICD-10 standards. Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary services. Stay informed about current trends in behavioral health and best practices in social work. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker. Experience or knowledge in areas such as addiction counseling, applied behavior analysis, mental health counseling, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Familiarity with Christian counseling principles is a plus.
