The Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) Manager manages the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) and is directly responsible to the Chief of the Social Work Division, BHSL or designee and ultimely to the Chief of Behavioral Health Service Services (BHSL). The incumbent assists in planning, establishing, and implementing policies and procedures for the BHIP Program; supervising both general BHIP and specialty staff; and developing program or team goals and objectives as well as monitoring, opering, evaluing, coordining, and overseeing BHIP Program services for the Fayetteville VA Coastal Health Care System (FVACHCS). The incumbent assumes the supervisory and administrive responsibility for the management of the assigned staff who function within BHIP. The BHIP staff/Teams currently comprised of psychirists, psychologists, registered nurses, clinical pharmacists, social workers, peer support and mid-level prescribers. The incumbent also provides direct clinical services as needed to include providing gap coverage within the BHIP teams and providing clinical services, team leadership and consultion to newly forming BHIP teams. Work Schedule :

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Pay:

Competitive salary and regular salary increases. When setting pay, a higher step re of the approprie grade may be determined after considerion of higher or unique qualificions or special needs of the VA (Above Minimum Re of the Grade).

Paid Time Off:
