JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide case aid and support to social work staff in delivery of appropriate and comprehensive services to children and families. This will include assistance with mandated paperwork, transportation, facilitation, monitoring of foster care visits and collection and assimilation of relative case data. This person could manage a small caseload of children in court ordered guardianship placements and minor assists for other counties with children placed in Iredell County.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Service field from an accredited College or University or a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University and one (1) year directly related experience. Ability to utilize computer to manage case and ongoing documentation and reports.

Monday•Friday / 8:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m.
SALARY RANGE
$48,070.33•$74,989.71 (Grade 327C)
