Summary As an Instructor at The Superlative Club, you will have the opportunity to shape the lives of students by delivering engaging and impactful educational experiences. This role is essential in fostering creativity and personal growth among students, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional artistic education.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular unannounced site visits to assigned after-school programs to observe daily operations. Evaluate program quality, staff engagement, student participation, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Complete detailed observation reports after each visit, capturing key findings, commendations, areas for improvement, and follow-up recommendations. Identify and report immediate concerns or compliance issues to the appropriate leadership. Support and coach site-level staff through on-the-spot feedback and guidance during visits. Monitor program environment, including behavior management, activity engagement, attendance procedures, and overall site culture. Maintain regular communication with program managers and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Social Work, or related field (preferred). Strong understanding of youth program compliance standards, child safety, and enrichment programming.
