Summary:
The Department of Surgery is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Coordinator to support the Gastrointestinal (GI) Surgery Division. This position will serve as the primary administrative assistant to the Division Chief, providing high-level administrative and clerical support. The coordinator will also assist multiple GI Surgery subdivisions, including faculty and Advanced Practice Providers. Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Division Chief and GI Surgery providers Manage calendar scheduling, coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements Process expense reports and handle purchasing activities Screen incoming calls and visitors in a professional manner Assist with onboarding of new faculty Manage confidential information with discretion Monitor and respond to emails and electronic faxes as directed Support system leadership with national organizations and committees

GED Licensure/Certification Requirements:
No licensure or certification required.
Professional Experience Requirements:
Three (3) years of clerical or administrative experience. If Bachelor’s degree, one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience. If Associate’s degree, two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
