This role involves working closely with students and children, providing guidance, encouragement, and support in various settings. The Care Worker will play a crucial role in fostering a positive environment that promotes safety and well-being. Duties Engage children in activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills through art, group, and play activities. Ensure a safe environment by applying first aid when necessary and adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop strategies for student success. Experience Previous experience working with students in educational or childcare settings is preferred. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support positive interactions among peers. First aid certification is highly desirable to ensure the safety of all participants during activities. But not required.
