Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CPS and Foster Care Social Worker to join our team in Henderson, NC. This position involves working closely with children and families to ensure their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in child protective services and foster care, and be able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and investigations related to child abuse and neglect. Develop and implement case plans for children in foster care. Provide support and resources to foster families. Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all case activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field. Valid social work license in North Carolina. Experience in CPS and foster care preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
