Job will be salary position but average rate at roughly 29 hours/week will equate to a minimum hourly rate of $17.50, or higher depending upon experience. Job Overview As a member of the Extended Program team, operating under the umbrella of Camp Trinity, the After-School Coordinator serves as the primary lead for day-to-day matters of the after school program at Trinity Academy, working under the direct supervision of the Extended Programs Director. It is expected of the Coordinator that they will ensure that their program is achieving all set goals by the Director and in line with the mission of Trinity Academy. Duties full job description available; below is a summary of some key duties Cultivate and maintain an after-school environment that is safe for all children while providing the opportunity for students to thrive, participate in engaging activities, and learn more about the Christian faith through devotions and examples of staff Structure areas of responsibility in line with the vision cast by the Extended Programs Director and in line with the mission and vision of the Academy Oversee the daily needs of the After-School program to include items such as registration, daily scheduling of participants, staffing, parent communication, and materials management Provide support for other Camp Trinity programs (camps) including the summer, as assigned by the Director, but to include serving as counselor when necessary and providing administrative support to the Camps Coordinator Job Functions & Qualities Represent and uphold the mission of Trinity Academy at all times to students, other staff, parents, and any visitors on campus. Well-developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with all constituents in a school environment, including students, co-workers, parents, alumnae, volunteers, and stakeholders to provide a high-level of customer satisfaction and represent Trinity Academy professionally to the school and broader community. Manage parent and guest expectations in a manner that is honest, caring, and diplomatic. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Maintain strict levels of confidentiality. Punctual with a pleasant demeanor, strong work ethic, and energy. Intermediate understanding and ability to use computers and technology including Microsoft Window and Office products. Proactive and able to prioritize and multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Conducts personal life in a manner that does not negatively impact the ability to represent the Trinity Academy mission and vision; agrees to live consistently with all policies in the Trinity Academy Faculty/Staff Handbook including the statement of faith and code of conduct.
