Position Description The Children and Youth Ministries Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and implementation of life stage-appropriate programming for the spiritual formation of children and youth ages 3 through 12th grade. The Children and Youth Ministries Coordinator will work with church staff, most directly with the Director of Cross-Generational Ministries, to creatively implement a holistic ministry strategy that fosters belonging with peer groups as well as in the home and larger congregation. To be effective, the Children and Youth Ministries Coordinator must be sensitive to the needs of our church community while focusing on our mission of growing a Christ-centered, life-changing community.
