This role is essential to the success of our Recovery Court Program, providing comprehensive case management and support to individuals working toward recovery from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct participant assessments to determine eligibility and suitability for Recovery Court services Provide ongoing, complex case management for a caseload of at least 35 active participants Coordinate services across multiple areas including substance use disorder treatment, mental health support, transportation, housing, child and family issues, employment, and housing assistance Monitor and document participant attendance in treatment and recovery support services Schedule and administer random drug testing Participate in and contribute to an interdisciplinary treatment team Present participant progress, concerns, and successes to a presiding judge during Recovery Court hearings Maintain detailed case files and progress notes in the management information system Refer participants to additional community services and supports as needed Collaborate with a range of partner agencies including treatment providers, Department of Public Safety, District Attorney’s Office, Public Defender’s Office, District Court Judge’s Office, and TASC (Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities) Why Join Us?
