Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Monitor to join our team. The Monitor will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals in a specific setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide case management support to individuals
- Intervene during crisis situations and provide appropriate assistance
- Manage conflicts that may arise among individuals
- Collect and maintain accurate data related to individuals and incidents
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members
- Administer medications as prescribed, including inhalation treatments
- Assist with childcare duties as needed
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Possess relevant certifications for the role
