The children are either at the beginning or end of their day and caring staff can make all the difference to a child during those important before and after school hours. Our off-site School Age program at Bedford Memorial Elementary School is located at 55 Old Bedford Road in Bedford NH, hours are 1:45-6:00pm M-F. We also have other locations with morning and mid-day hours.
Duties Responsibilities Include:
Daily Attendance Paperwork Daily crafts/gym games Provide aid in a medical emergency Help maintain a safe environment for children and staff Encourage positive behavior guidance Greet parents and children daily Help train new staff members as needed Attend monthly staff meetings at your program and the NMS main office Follow day to day staff assignments Communicate with the office when needed Requirements At least 20 years old High School Diploma Associates Degree in a child related field or 12 Education Credits and 1000 hours of experience working with school age children Nice To Haves 1+ years of experience working with school age children CPR/First aid 1+ years of supervisory experience Benefits Free school age child care (if your child attends a school with one of our locations in it) Yearly return bonus/pay increase
