OPG is a non-profit organization providing adult guardianship services throughout New Hampshire. Responsibilities include medical, residential and treatment decision-making and legal advocacy for incapacitated adults with mental illness, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury and/or neurocognitive impairment. Qualifications include graduate degree in social work, law, medicine or human services, with a minimum of 3 years related experience, or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years related experience. In depth knowledge of New Hampshire’s community mental health, developmental services, and/or criminal justice systems preferred. This is a hybrid position, typically working 1-2 days/week in our Concord office, with remainder of time spent working from home and traveling to attend meetings in the community. Requires the ability to work autonomously and manage a large and diverse caseload. OPG offers a collegial professional work environment with strong team support.
