NEWTON, NH SOCIAL WORKER QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree from CSWE accredited university. Active state-level licensure and/or certification OR ability to obtain. Experience working in schools or with children is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicating with parents, teachers, and administrators. Assessing areas in which students may need assistance or counseling. Helping students function effectively in the school environment. Maintaining accurate case files and reports of student progress and issues. Participating in the Individual Education Plan (IEP) process as necessary. Performs other related tasks as required.
