As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing a variety of social work services, including connection to benefits, and community resources. You will work with clients across multiple programs, including primary care, prenatal services, substance use disorder services and behavioral health. Working with vulnerable populations requires empathy and strict confidentiality, as you will handle sensitive issues and information. In our fast-paced environment, you must effectively multi-task and communicate across various modalities, including in-person, phone, and electronic communication. The Social Worker operates within a team-based, interdisciplinary approach to healthcare, offering ample opportunities to expand your skills.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related human services field required. Ability to maintain confidentiality under all circumstances. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
