Social Worker Responsibilities You’ll Love:

Provide counseling and support to residents and their families Facilitate support groups and care conferences Advocate for residents’ rights and ensure compliance with regulations Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall care

What We Look For:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (required) Social Work license in NJ (required) Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare settings preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Passion for helping others and improving quality of life
