School-Based Services Exclusive school placement

Hours:

M-F school hours- varies based on assignment Age group: Middle school and

High School Pay:

$30-35 hour Compensation for the full school day, including lunch.

Requirements:

LSW, LCSW, or LPC Previous school based experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide targeted support to students with moderate social-emotional or behavioral needs interfering with school success. Qualify students for services using the district’s identification criteria, and transition students to exit service when appropriate Provide individual and/or small group counseling based on therapy goals Maintain documentation of services Regular collaboration and communication with families and school personnel Referrals for a higher level of care as needed Conduct crisis screenings and interventions as needed
